Vendor Prospectus

Location: Hamilton County Fairgrounds Exhibition Center, 2003 Pleasant St, Noblesville, IN 46060

Date: September 5 (Labor Day Weekend)

Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Indoor and outdoor booth options available.

  • Indoor vendors load in the day before the event.

  • Outdoor vendors load in the morning of the event.

    • 71.2% owner-occupied housing

    • Average household size of 2.67 persons

    This represents a stable, professional community with strong discretionary purchasing capacity.

    Projected attendance: approximately 1,000 guests.

  • Our EDDM marketing outreach targets over 4,200 households within a two-mile radius of the fairgrounds. Social Media Marketing will also target the Noblesville and surrounding areas.

  • Based on local income and buying patterns vendors may find strongest performance in:

    • Core product range: $25–$75

    • Premium range: $75–$200

    A mix of accessible entry items and signature pieces is recommended.

    • $150: 10’ x 10’ booth 

    • $120: 10’wide x 6’ deep booth (Indoor, Very Limited Supply) 

    • $200: Food Truck 10’x 20’ area on pavement  

    Backdrops are required for indoor booths. 

    Premium placement available upon request. 
    Limited electrical access available.
